I use a whole dropper in my green tea in the evening and can barely taste it. I take L-theanine at the same time and it really helps me stay calm while playing my stressful video game.

The taste might not be delicious but you get used to it, but i have some drops along with magnesium before sleeping and I used to have insomnia - the combination puts me into a very deep sleep and I'm sure this product had an effect on it.Just note that it stains... accidentally got some drops on my white bed sheets and they are not coming out despite using stain remover

Will definitely update after I have used for a longer time period but so far this seems to help calm my mind and allow me sleep. I just mix it with some water her peppermint tea before bedtime. The taste isn’t too bad (I wouldn’t recommend it on its own). It doesn’t smell bad, the dropper is easy to use and this product seems great for the price!

My daughter has taken this for anxiety and it seems to work to have a calming effect. We filled small glass containers with juice in the fridge so she could just add the drops when she was ready to take it.

If only I would have known about this decades ago. I have anxiety, racing heartbeat, never ending racing thoughts, etc. I actually bought this because it's a recommended antiviral for Epstein Barr which I was ordering a few things for, and I liked that it said it calmed the nervous system. Sounded too good to be true but I ordered, of course. It arrived last night and since then I haven't really been worried about much, in a good way lol. I used a full dropper in a 2 oz glass of OJ. After about 20-30 minutes, I felt my body change and relax. My heart slowed down and my mind was just blank. It gets better- when I went to bed, I woke up and something seemed different- I realized that I had gotten many, many hours of deep sleep. I felt like I was waking up from a black hole or something. A friend recommended this lemon balm extract to help bring calm to my busy day. I like the flavor and it works. It should last a long time. I also like that it does NOT contain alcohol. I recommend.

Seems to have a calming effect but just FYI it is not a true “tincture” as it contains glycerine and not alcohol. I’m fine with this, but this product showed up in search when looking for a tincture.
