UPDATE- The vendor reached out to me because of my review, and sent a new one. I have been using it now for almost a year and it has been working flawlessly. Really makes an iPad or IPhone much more useful. Highly recommend.Well, when I first got this reader, it was working great. Unfortunately, 9 days past the 30 day return period, the SD slot crapped out. Not sure what happened, but it feels like the card is not fitting into the slot properly now and it is not being recognized on the device. Feels like something may have broken in the connector. I've been careful when inserting, and all the cards that I have been trying are working fine on my 7 year old MacBook Pro. USB still works at this point, and I don't have a MicroSD handy to try and comment on.

I was looking for a small hub I could stick in my bag and take with me. I am very happy with this hub. Does everything I need, ethernet, display and usb ports. I have had it now for over a year and have not had any issues with it.

Worked just as I’d hoped. Easy to view photos on an SD card and was able to transfer them to Photos on my phone for preservation

I needed a way to transfer files from my camera to Lightroom on my iPad when I travel. It works flawlessly. All of my devices recognize it and file transfer is fast and efficient.

Nicely built compact unit that does what is supposed to do - reads and writes thumb drives, SD cards, and microSD cards. Power pass-through works as well. Fully compatible with iOS 17 (latest as of Fall 2023) at a very reasonable price.

This device works great for transferring files to and from an Phone 12 Pro Max (iOS 14.8.1) and Windows 10 x64 PCs; however, 2 out of 3 times when I remove the memory media and insert it into any of my PCs, Windows finds errors on it and i have to run scandisk to repair it. One user suggested safely removing the device from the iPhone by selecting 'eject' from the files list. Unfortunately I cannot find an option to do that. I tried powering the iPhone completely off after closing the Photo app and even that didn't work. I've tried using all different media (MicroSD, SD and USB thumb drives) and they all experience the same problem. I always safely eject media on PCs, so there's no problem on that end. What concerns me is whether I've sustained any file corruption or data loss in the scandisk CHK file-dumps. Any help or suggestions out there?

Works good. Took me a few minutes to figure out where to find the pics but after that, its great. Way better than my last one so far anyway and half the price. I didn’t think it was working at all but it was.

It did exactly what I wanted to do. I can save from my phone onto our stick without going through my computer.
