Mr. Bar-B-Q, Inc. 02100Y Chrome Turner/Tong

I tried this tool at a family members house and fell in love with it. It turns all kinds of food easily and with great support so it doesn't fall apart (like fish)! I use it for the grill and in the kitchen! The longer handle makes working with food on the oven great too. Highly recommend this!

It's way too big for both me and my husband. The scissor motion is also akward. We used once and are now back to using our rusty tongs, as they have a better maneuverability and are easier to open/close. These don't have a tight close, either, adding to the flimsy awkward feel. If it wasn't so inexpensive to begin with, I would have sent it back, but it's not worth my time.

My dad has been using this style for grilling since the beginning of time. His was starting to rust so I decided to buy him this brand to replace it. Unfortunately it has some shortcomings that cause it to not stand up to the others we have had in the past. The metal is thin enough that you can easily flex the tongs simply by lightly squeezing the handles together with one hand. Another problem is the handles are awkwardly small, and you have to kind of scrunch your fingers together in order to use it. I do not suspect my father will be using this at all as he has already replaced it with one he found at a resale shop.

These work fine but they are a little smaller and flimsier then an older pair. The paddle is smaller and the gauge of the arms is thinner making the grip less secure

the tongs work OK but the spatula part is not strong enough to hold anything very good - its very flimsey

Good product but is loosely built could be built tighter than what it is but it works
