I purchased this urn to house the cremains of a beloved pet. It came in a very nice fabric-covered and padded box with a rotating latch. The urn is approximately 4.5" tall to the top of the lid and roughly 5.5' in diameter. It's just large enough to take the cremains of my small/small-medium-sized best friend who was roughly 25lbs at passing. The urn has a textured exterior with a hard-glazed decorative detail on the outside. The lid fits snuggly in the opening, which is around 3 1/16" in diameter. The 2 faults that I have with my item are that the front "tree" detail is not aligned vertically. As you can see from the 3rd picture it's noticeably tilted to the left. The other fault are the 2 drops of glaze on the rear of the urn. Overall, it's a very nice product. Just look yours over and don't wait too long to do so or you may miss your return window if you find faults on your product.

I have looked for a long time for a small container for the portion of my mother's ashes that I have. This reflects her tastes so well but doesn't scream burial urn
