I am Happy! Manage your expectations and you will be too
I was very skeptical that I was not going to get a good computer. I did research and found that this model although 5 years old is a solid machine. I just bought one of these at work brand new and it was almost $4,000 so when I saw this for under $900 I was excited. After reading the reviews I knew it could go bad and I went into it with that in mind. Shipping took forever, not the sellers fault, Fedex let it site for four days before it actually started it's journey to me. I unboxed it and man was I impressed, looked brand new, and the keyboard and mouse were Apple not an off brand like others mentioned. Power cord looked a little dirty but hey it is what it is. I hook it all up and go to log in and the keyboard wont work. The mouse works fine which is plugged into the keyboard, but nothing when I try to type. Luckily I had another keyboard so I hooked it up and was back in business. All systems work great no issues at all. I emailed the company about the keyboard and they responded lightning fast. Within a day I had a new keyboard that was also a Apple keyboard. The new one they sent me was actually an upgraded wireless model. Most people would probably take away a star in the review for the keyboard issue, but they handled it so well and quick that I was pretty impressed and they earned their star back. I think if you buy this with the expectation that you are saving thousands and getting a used machine you will be happy.

Well worth the investment
I've had my 21.5" mac for about six years and had been contemplating an upgrade for about three.I sure am glad that I did! This 27" is a world of difference from the 21.5" version, and with the extra 16Gb of memory, it is Lightning fast, smooth, and renders nothing less than STUNNING 5K video on its large screen.Everything is so much faster, crispier, and efficient, and apps and programs run remarkably smooth. The migration process was painless, and AppleCare was right there along every step of the way, providing much needed guidance and instruction to ensure a smooth transition. If you are thinking about upgrading from a smaller screen(21.5") or from the horrors of the Windows platform-DO IT! you can't go wrong with this computer.I would recommend a minimum of 32Gb of memory to even get you started with this machine, but the value and advantages of doing so greatly outweigh the relatively minor cost of the memory modules.Hope this helps you with making probably one of the best personal computer-based decisions you could make in these times of rapid technological changes and the worry of CONSTANT expenses for simple additions on OTHER platforms.

This is a DESKTOP not laptop 27" Amazon Renewed
I'm really tired of MS so I decided to buy an apple desktop. This is a great computer at a fair price fully upgrade-able to 32GB ram which I did. And this computer is upgrade-able all the way to Big Sur although I upgraded to Catalina. Resolution is phenomenal and has 1TB drive. Came with wireless keyboard and mouse (NOT APPLE) but very nice quality. You cant go wrong and the amazon guarantee as this is a "amazon Renewed" computer.I'm not receiving any payment for this review It is a nice computer. My friend saw it and she bought one and it was again a nice computer no scratches, new looking and easy to set hers up too. These both were very clean and like new with new KB and Mouse/power cord.

Be patient/diligent and awesome deals on a used iMac can definitely be had!
I ordered the 27" iMac with 8G of RAM and the standard 1TB HDD (from CTS Warehouse). The specs on this 2015 machine are quite respectable when compared to the latest and greatest 2019s now available and can be had a fraction of the price. No doubt, every year Apple improves these machines, either in price or capabilities. That said, both the 2014 (MF886LL/A) and 2015 27" iMacs support the 5K resolution of the newest generation. The 2014s actually do slightly better on most benchmarks than this 2015 (due to a marginally better CPU and GPU -- check out everymac dot com to compare the features and specs), but the 2014s were originally sold for hundreds of dollars more. Consider a 2014 if you can get it at a better price. As I recall, the comparable 2019 iMac beats the performance of this iMac by about 50% or so (a 6 vs 4 core CPU probably being the main reason). Although the 2014, 2015 and beyond support 5K, the color accuracy has improved in later model years. Keep this in mind when considering which model is right for you.I had no idea what to expect buying this 2015 iMac. What condition would it be in? Would it include mouse and keyboard? Would they be Apple or third party? I was fully prepared to be disappointed and ready to pack up whatever I got for return. I ended up getting way more than I expected. The machine was in pristine condition -- indistinguishable from new. Instead of a 3rd party keyboard and mouse, it came with an Apple USB keyboard and a Magic Mouse 2. The keyboard had some dings only noticeable at close inspection and mouse was also in good condition.Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase! But be warned. The prices of these iMacs (and others) vary day to day. I picked mine up for an unbelievable price of under $600. The next day, the same model's price shot up to almost $900. I was so happy this one, I bought another 2014 for my son for $650. Likewise, the price increased to over $900 the next day! At $600-700, these iMacs are a killer deal! At $900+, obviously, less so. Good luck!
