Not the best by a long chalk
The product is shown and priced as good quality but in actual fact it is cheap and nasty and the crystals are all falling off. Bad, over priced product

No good
Not a very nice product to be honest, I don't like to leave a bad review but this has an awful smell, so bad I didn't really want to touch it. And the colour is nothing like the picture. Not yellow more like a yellowy brown. Sorry guys, this isn't a good product. I know it's cheap for what it is, but it's not worth its price either.

Not 10-12”
Brought this to go in a certain spot & is advertised as 10-12” it’s actually only just 9” when top branches are at there max. Quality is good. The other problem I have with it is I brought it as it looked colourful but the light colours don’t really shine out, so from a distance it quite dull & brown.

Be patient
I am very pleased with my purchase you can see that a lot of hard work has gone into making this little tree, be careful taking it out of the box and the plastic bag, and gently tease the branches apart, i found it very helpful to bring up the picture from the amazon website to position the branches and leaf's to where they should be and if you are patient and spend ten minutes or so you can get a good result..... I would certainly recommend this product and i would not hesitate in buying another one it's really quite pretty
