Best flavor without artificials
I have tried at least 9 different mixes off the top of my head. I don’t want to throw companies under the bus, but what I will say is most of them I would not give to children mainly for concern of the artificial sweeteners and potential long term health effects.Bitsy’s Swish is one of three I use that I trust for my family. What sets them apart from the other two is the flavor. My kids prefer these for that reason as well. Of course they are not going to have the over the top flavor of Aspartame or Sucralose. However, I do not trust artificial sweeteners. Also, they did not over do it with vitamins. Many drinks that promote energy use a cheap B12 (cyanocobalamin) which I prefer to avoid especially in this form. These does not contain that.My wife and I take various supplements. My kids take a daily multivitamin. That said, I am not concerned drinking these in addition with our supplements will be an overload of any vitamins or minerals (like my B12 example). That’s why I prefer Bitsy’s Swish. They are a good balance of flavor with an intelligent blend of some healthy stuff.

THIS WORKS!!! Miracle electrolyte drink
I have four kids and have tried EVERY electrolyte bc my kids play a ton of sports and one of my kids also has focus issues. HANDS DOWN best on market. Now that I’ve done my research against the other brands from ingredients I can tell you why. 1. It’s only 1 g of sugar. Secondly- it has Magnesium and Ashwaganda root which are both key to hydration but amazingly also help you w focus. I actually started putting half packet in my kids school water bottles and my son has said it makes a HUGE difference for him w focus at school. I don’t know if it’s just getting a little something. But I have been drinking myself for over a YEAR and not been sick once!!! Maybe the vitamin C??? I don’t know. But my whole family loves these. I have a bag w me at a soccer tournament now. Not only are the kids drinking but the moms who had wine at the bar last night!! LOL. OBSESSED. Best. Ever. Thank you Bitsy’s!!!

A good product to have on hand for athletes, travelers, or for wellness concerns …
I like to have a variety of electrolyte replacement drinks available, especially during the summer. This one is a wintertime immune booster with a whopping 500mg of Vitamin C in each serving. During the winter, there are those times when we get colds, the flu, and may have bouts of diarrhea. I have tablets, ready-made drinks, and these stick packs.Sometimes the flavors are decent, but taste too salty. Like many electrolyte boosters these are vitamin- and electrolyte-infused. I find these Bitsy’s stick packs to be super handy as these can be put in a backpack, purse, pocket, or simply tossed in a drawer. I do have things like a canister of Gatorade powder, but for a while couldn’t find any on the shelves.I opened up a blue raspberry stick pack and added it to some nice cold water as directed. I’m never sure about the taste of electrolyte replacements, but these were good. They are somewhat pricey at around $19.99for only 18 sticks.INGREDIENTS:BLUE RASPBERRYPotassium citrate, magnesium citrate, sea salt, zinc citrate, cane sugar, citric acid, Ascorbic acid, ashwagandha root, Withania Somnifera, choline bitartrate, D-calcium pantothenate, natural flavors, silica, natural color, spirulinam, organic stevia, rebaudioside A, and monk fruit.PINK LEMONADEPotassium citrate, magnesium citrate, sea salt, zinc citrate, cane sugar, citric acid, Ascorbic acid, ashwagandha root, Withania Somnifera, choline bitartrate, D-calcium pantothenate, natural flavors, natural color (beet), silica, organic stevia, rebaudioside A, and monk fruit.

Taste great
I work construction in Las Vegas. During the summer, we need a little extra something in our water. This is less expensive, has less sugar, and tastes better than other drink mixes I've tried. Others either have a ton of sugar or artificial sweeteners and a chemical aftertaste (I'm pregnant, so that might be my over-sensitive palate). These will be my go to.

So disappointing
I really wanted to like this drink mix but could not get past the taste. I bought it for my 4 year old son. He loved the character on the box and was excited to try it. After two sips he wouldn't touch it. I figured he was picky and I would drink it; however, the taste is terrible. It's tastes a bit like medicine mixed with a multi vitamin. It made me shudder. I tried full strength, per package instructions, and diluting it. Neither were drinkable. I had to tip it down the drain.

Taste Is Not Good
I did not like the taste, it has that nasty artificial sweet taste.

Bland
The packaging is cute so I’ll give them that but otherwise these do not impress. One star for taste because it’s basically non-existent but gave two since they’re healthy. Could not get 8 year old to drink them. There are other drink packets that are healthy and get the taste right. Kinda remind me of La Croix minus the carbonation. They may have sat near a blue raspberry or some pink lemonade but it sure wasn’t any part of the drink making process.

Keto diet and athletic exercise drink
Blows the socks off every other sports drink that's designed around health. No big carb or sugar drink holds a candle to this smart selective set of electrolytes. Tasty, refreshing, and stamina boosting. And reasonable price.
