Though I never used Starting Over I'm 45yrs old and really like the consistency of Make A Difference. It has a light feel with just enough oiliness for coverage No SPF which works for me

It's good for a daily mosturizerafted cleansing, under make up or before bed. Try to shy away from the spf tho. I love this lotion
