Why did you pick this product vs others?:Thought it will meet my expectations and comfort and it did. Value for money

Bamboo protector was grey but can be in different colours and designs, so that it looks, good and makes a high-end aesthetic appeal.I had bought chair, mattress and bamboo mattress protector from your company.Other companies like Century, Godrej, Sleepwell, many local companies in Indore, too, etc. are offering chairs and mattresses in different colours with different designs.I bought Smart Ortho Pro Mattress in gray color. Company can provide e g., in 4 colors, out of which 2 are in light shades and 2 in dark. Also, different designs can be provided.My last century mattress was in floral design. It blends well with the aesthetics of the room.Also, Godrej and other local companies are also offering chairs in different colors. Though, I had bought the Stylux chair in Tiffany color, I would recommend that the chair be offered in different colors with cushion covers. And, in different designs, too.Here, company is only providing black and grey color but the the market and competitors have options regarding colors.Offices, hotels, hospitals, homes, schools, etc. have differing needs. But, here company only offers very limited colors.I will request the Product designers to take into account the following details as customer while buying in the future will find new products of competitors in market.The smart grid technology inside is good but is outside fabric allergen resistant? Whole chair cover?Thanks.Thank you.

Wrong size Mattress delivered, but luckily after multiple communication the company replaced with correct size.Mattress firm, fit well for small family and serves the purpose.Initially thought mattress will reduce my shoulder pain, but it didn’t.As long as the it didn’t create additional pain, I’m happy with the product.

Good product must for New Mattress avoids spillling

Product is not up to the mark!! It is wrinkled and unkept.. The quality is very poor as per the price! It is not water proof rather it is water resistant! The cloth layer still soaks the water and remains wet. It didn't really serve my purpose!

Size is not perfect

The product does not allow liquid product to go inside instead it dries very fast and is comfortable to use. Only the problem is it combines at a place very fast but it depends upon the use. Best to use. No issues.
