This is a very thin, cool and comfortable cloth mask. I use it because my nasal cushion CPAP straps always leave marks on my face and welts that do not go away, and strap covers just leave broader marks and were totally inefficient for preventing this problem. This mask definitely helps, and I love it. It has not prevented the marks completely, but what a difference! The only problem I have is that it is not big enough, however the material is a little stretchable so if I keep stretching and adjusting, a manage to get it underneath the straps completely. It just doesn’t go high enough up the cheeks. Love the ear loops though. They help keep the CPAP mask stay in place when I change positions while sleeping. 5 star difference for sure.

In another climate is be more in love with the product but in the tropics…sadly it’s no match for the horrid humidity. That said it does have that cooling effect against the skin.

I need a barrier between my CPAP mask and face to prevent pressure sores and acne from high pressure. I've tried several silicone versions but they were uncomfortable and made my face hot.So I'd given up on masks as a solution. Then I ran across this product and gave it a try. Totally different and really nice!It actually feels so nice to put on that now every night starts with an inner smile. And miraculously the openings are exactly where mine are so it doesn't block any airways.Best of all is knowing it definitely works to protect my skin because my skin wounds and inflamed areas look much better.The reason I only gave it 4 stars is that the opening where it loops around the ears is far too large, leaving skin uncovered and unprotected. Sure wish the ear loops were smaller or there was a larger size. But otherwise a truly great product!!

I purchased these liners not to wear under a mask, but as a skin shield for my face at night. I use a cpap nightly night while dealing with recent flare ups of rosacea. Getting desperate to find something to help my skin, I came across this product. I like how comfortable and cooling it feels and just recently purchased 2 weeks ago. Within that timeframe, I’ve had great improvement in my face. I am so happy I found this product that was able to give me great results for what I was looking for. Cleaning the masks is easy using mild soap and water. You can also air dry them if traveling. I would recommend these liners for anyone looking for extra comfort under a mask, or for anyone in a similar situation as mine. Great buy!

These liners are soft but they're too loose. They can fit a little bulky under the masks and the surgical masks slide too easy on them. I have too find something more form fitting.
