This looks like a great product, but it shipped with the wrong sized security bit! This has resulted in me not being able to open it, therefore use it.Edit: after messaging the seller to discuss this issue, I have to thank the seller for quickly rectifying the problem. The correct sized security bit was shipped to me quickly, and now I can use this on my bicycle! Good customer service.

Make sure you check the dimensions of your saddle rail space and this item to make sure it fits.I’ve got an expensive bike and expensive saddle and there wasn’t the space for it.Maybe I missed something which describes the space required but I’ve given it away. Hopefully they have more luck.

This bike tag is supposed to attach to the bicycle seat frame. However, the grooves on either arm of the tag which are intended to accommodate the frame of the seat are the wrong width, and are also inflexible with no padding to allow for minor adjustments. The seat itself is new and appears to be entirely standard. There is only one central screw for the tag, and this will not tighten beyond a certain point. As the two parts of the tag are held apart by the poor design of the wings on the tag on this frame, I cannot attach it. Had I bought this in a shop it would have been immediately obvious that it would not work. I would not purchase this device unless you are confident it will fit to the bicycle seat.

Bought from the german amazon , because it was cheaper over there.The good thing: it is almost invisible, you can’t recognize it easilyAlso the special torx screw. It was easy to install , and I hope it will hold the airtag safely
