Comfortable
With my first son, I stopped leaking at 6 weeks, so I only used disposable pads. With my second we are on week 12 and I am still leaking, and after a full day the disposables irritate my skin and make it super itchy, so I decided to try out reusable pads, since it looks like I will be leaking for an extended period of time this time around.I have found these pads to be comfortable and just the right size to fit in my nursing bra (32 D) and not peek out. No matter how much I leak, the pad soaks it up and keeps it from my skin so it does not get irritated and itchy. There have been one or two nights where I have had to change the pads in the middle of the night, but I had leaked a lot of milk.On side is a soft absorbant material that goes against your skin (left) and the other side is a waterproof material (right) that goes against your bra (see attached photo).

Soft and absorbent, no wet spots on my clothes!
With my first baby, I tried reusable pads but after an embarrassing wet shirt incident I only used them at night. For this pregnancy I purchased a set with the intention of using them only at night again, but I discovered these are much better! The shiny layer really does keep the wetness from leaking through to your clothes, and these feel softer / more absorbent than the previous brand I tried. It was such a success, this is my second set and I'm exclusively using these instead of disposables now.Even though they feel a little bulky, I was surprised that you can't see them through most of my clothes. I'm really happy I decided to give this brand a try. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a second pack and stopped using my small cotton ones
Love these. I bought a second pack even though I had enough cotton ones. What can I say? They are durable, easy to clean, hold their shape, hold more moisture but don’t cause problems (leaking, mastitis, etc.) like others. Very breathable and bigger than conventional pads for better coverage and a smoother look.In my picture, I have conventional cotton pad on top of the thinner larger bamboo pad. This pack comes with a travel bag and a laundry bag. I wash them in the bag with my babies clothes and dry them. They don’t shrink or unravel. Love them.

These are great. But please note
These are great. But please note, if you have severe over supply you just have to get disposable. I went through every pair in about 12 hours and had to switch to disposable.Hopefully when my supply calms down and my leaking isn't so bad, I can start using these again! These didn't leak even when they were sopping wet and I love the wash bag it comes with.

Great reusable pads
I go through disposable pads multiple times a day as I am currently nursing twin boys (so I make a lot of milk). I feel the need to change out pads after every feeding. I felt bad for all the extra trash and waste. These reusable pads work great and get the job done. They are absorbent and pull the moisture away from the skin almost as well as disposables.Aa for Appearance: Similar to most disposables, they do not look great under unpadded bras or camis. They do tend to show creasing. For this reason I mainly wear them around the house and to sleep in. They look okay under a padded bra but they still crease and as such are not as comfortable to me. Perhaps they would fit better with a slightly loose bra.For what I use them for, I give it a 5 star.

Mesh bag fell apart immediately
I really wanted to like these after having researched a lot of options and selecting these. They are soft, absorbent, and appropriately sized. I also like that they're made of all-natural materials and reusable/eco-friendly. The amount of pads is great for an every-other-day washing regiment. The travel bag and mesh wash bag are other compelling and nice features. However, the mesh laundry bag fell apart after the first wash, rendering it useless. Disappointed and wish it wasn't too late for a return/replacement. Also the pads do not have the dart seam so they are wrinkly and very visible/noticeable under clothing, unless you are wearing a padded bra or loose-fitting shirt. Be warned.

Soft, economical and eco-friendly
These nursing pads are absolutely fabulous! Prior to purchasing them, I had only used the paper, disposable breast pads and found the edges to be scratchy which, after a few months, started to irritate my skin so I found these and could not be happier. Besides saving me the money that had to be frequently spent on the disposable kind, they're incredibly soft and comfortable to wear. I simply throw them in the washing machine and dryer in the mesh garment bag provided with my regular laundry to clean them. My only complaint is that at the time of my purchase, they only came in a medium size and are a little smaller than I need. Due to this, and the fact that there is no adhesive back, they do slip around in my sleep which has caused a few leaks but if you are conscious of their positioning before falling asleep, it's fine. I only wear them in a padded bra as they're a little thick and otherwise can be seen through some thinner, lightweight shirts but I just use the disposable kind when wearing something like that. I like them so much that I just bought another set of 12.

Great small company, great product!
I do appreciate the customer service from this company. As soon as I had ordered I received an email from the company thanking me for their business and offering support should I need any with the product and with breastfeeding resources as well. The nursing pads did need a few washings for me to feel that I was getting the most absorbency but I expected that. I bought two packs of 12 so I could be sure to always have some ready to go if there were some still drying from the wash since they need to air dry. I make them dry a little more quickly by placing them on top of my dryer. The size is perfect, not too bulky and does not show under my clothes.I would definitely purchase again and recommend to friends.
