Smaller than described.
This bag looks well made, and it's a cute bag, but it is nowhere near 7" in depth. I measured 5" with it stretched out, and remember that's 5" spread out over two pockets. The other dimensions seem correct, but the height is more than 18" if you include the handle. This was a big problem for me since I was looking for something as close to 8" depth as possible and no taller than 18" (airline requirements). This bag is not big enough for a weekend getaway, but It would probably be fine if you're looking for something for school or work. I will be sending it back.

Well worth it!!
I should have purchased 2! I use this backpack for my computer, tablet and 2 notebooks and they all fit comfortably! I would definitely buy again.
