Effective product, in a gel form that makes it easy to apply without it running all over super fast. Did color my hands blue, but it did wash off after a few hand washings. Mild effect, doesn't super heat or super chill, so is a nice general liniment for sore, stiff muscles and tendons. I think Absorbine works better and is a bit lower priced - seems stronger as well - works better for more severe injuries that require deeper penetration of heat/cold effect - but I do like this for a mild general liniment for sore muscles at the beginning of the riding season.
