It is advertised as 20' but it is actually about 11-13'

My original garage door seal has rotten and felt like a hard plastic.You can see lots of bugs, grasses and bunch of dirt went into the garage.The installation went really smoothly. It's actually really easy. I don't think you need any instructions to do this.I would lube the track of your garage door where they slide with some soapy water to "ease" the sliding process.The nice thing about this set is that it comes a lot longer than what I need :)After I installed the new seal, my garage doors seal a lot better.Can't see daylight from under the door.Let's see how much more bugs get into the garage :)Time will tell whether this seal can last long as the original one.

Have yet to install this, and it may work fine - but it is advertised as being 3.7" wide and 0.6" high - which it most definitely is not. I bought it specifically because it was supposed to be wider and taller. Very disappointed. I'll likely install it anyway, but I'd definitely advise anyone looking at this product to understand that it is not of the dimension advertised. With that said, I did get a little extra length - 13'-7" in my case.

Easy install, true length, great seal.

Make sure to use some form of construction adhesive to glue down. Would buy again.
