No instructions in the box and the plug needs an electric toothbrush style adapter (you have to buy separately) but one I figured out how to get it working (reading the instructions on this page and googling what some things were) it's lovely. Super quiet when you use the suction pads to keep the pump at the bottom but the short tube does make this a tricky exercise (also, to save everyone else trouble, put the tube through clear light thing and push it right up to the top so the ball lights up).I've got it on the lowest setting and it took a while for the water to come through but now its lovely.Not 5 stars due to how tricky it is to set up with the short tube but otherwise its fine

Lovely cheerful ornament for desk or table. Sadly having to buy the correct plug extender as this 1 is a 2 prong plug . So more money needs to be spent on something that could of been avoided if this was mentioned before purchase

Well wrong plug not for UK plug sockets so had to waste an extra £10 buying an extender, the ball very slowly rotates at the top and even stops sometimes, but other than that its very pretty and pump is quite deffo not worth £20 though also had no instructions

Too expensive for what it is. Cheap plastic, no instructions, wrong plug, noisy, impossibke to use the suction cups to stick the pump to the reservoir because the tube is too short. Would buyt this for a fiver max.

very pretty when working but it doesn't matter how low i set the pressure it all spills out over the edge of the dish where the glass ball sits and runs down the back.

Awful product with a very loud water pump. Not exactly a relaxing water feature.
