Description
- A unique blend of spices to create the perfect biriyani.
- This seasoning can also be used in various curries, meat rubs & other dishes.
- Soak and wash 300g rice until the water runs clear.
- In a hot pan, melt 30g butter and cook 1 finely sliced onion until soft, add the masala m,ix and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Add chicken breasts and fry until cooked through, stir in the rice, cover with stock and bring to the boil, reduce heat and cook for approx 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and leave for around 10 minutes, stirring regularly, the stock should be absorbed.
