Get exactly what you're shown
I like that the image in the listing shows exactly what you get. Cheap little carrying case with the trainer and a set of screws with a screwdriver. I personally don't care for the case, but the price isn't bad even if it didn't come with one.I doubt it's anodized so the color will probably wear quickly, but I don't really care. The trainer has some good weight to it and feels sturdy, it doesn't flex and feels like it has solid construction, though I've only had it for a few days now. The lock is attached to a spring that gives you some tension, it feels nice but I worry that the spring might break and detach from the lock, then start swinging around in there. If that happens I'll update the review accordingly, but as it is now it's not bad.

Is it worth the money?
You get what you pay for, also a little on the heavy side but still functions properly. If considered purchasing this item definitely is a good one to keep in mind.

Decent quality but screws do not hold up
This knife feels pretty nice with a sturdy metal build. But it is very annoying to use due to the screws always needing to be adjusted. Every 10 mins or so I have to use the wrench to screw them back in. If not, they will fall out. Even screwing them firmly down is no use. Very eritating and I would recommend buying something else.

Good Buy!!
I got this for my oldest because he has picked up an interest in learning tricks and how to handle it. It's well made and on the heavy side which adds weight and better control. It's also not sharp so it's safer to use. I like it, it does the trick. :)

Feels great at first but after 2 weeks it messes up
after 2 weeks the screws start coming out and the knife starts feeling much worse, it's still usable it's just annoying to have to screw it in after turning it around for like a minute, If you just want a place holder till you get a better knife then it's great, but it's worth it to just save up for like a 60 dollar one that you will never have to change out.

Best beater balisong on Amazon
Best beater balisong on Amazon better than most 50 to 60$ balisongs on other sites. Most definitely better than other Amazon balisongs. My 2nd one probably gonna buy another just so I can have it to flip anywhere without caring if it breaks. No tap no play

Good starting point to try out the sport
This is an inexpensive version of "the real thing" - and you pretty much get what you pay for. It's not awful, as a first buy, to let someone try it out, and see if they are really interested in learning how to do the tricks, before investing in something sturdier. It doesn't take long for all the screws to loosen up during use, and it needs frequent re-adjusting. And that's made difficult by the fact that the screws are weird, small, non-standard sized things, so even just tightening or replacing them can be a challenge. We returned the first one, after one screw was stripped, or stuck, or something, the first time we even tried to adjust it. My son is still playing with the second one, though, while he saves up for a nicer "tool".

second trainer so far
initially I had bought a MSgumiho trainer as my first training knife, that was fine, but once I started practicing a bit more, the handles were too heavy and hurt my hands, so I bought this trainer as reviews talked about how lightweight it was. this trainer was a mixed bag, it didn't arrive with the bolts on one handle and no replacements or bolds as described (or carrying case which I didn't care about anyway). I was able to make it work with some bolts I had laying around and initially it was great. super light and easy everything I hoped it would be after my initial disappointment. after a few days I noticed that the screws were loose and from that point on its a daily (if not more) task. it's to the point where after 15 minutes they are back to being loose again. but its cheap and when it works it works really well so for the money I can't complain too much, if saw someone spinning in a movie (me) and want somewhere to start to see if you'll enjoy it, this is a great place to start, but if you're actually looking to develop your skill, move on
