We ordered this wool ball pack. And really shocking that all these balls had multiple small pieces knotted together to form a single ball.Really poor quality product

Extremely hard wool..had a lot of knots in it..and very heavy..not a baby wool..

Each one of 8 balls had 2 knots atleast.
Softness and colour acceptable butEach one of 8 balls had 2 knots atleast. I am very disappointed since I am knitting a reversible sweater.
