Below is what I wrote to them.*** Dear Sirs,Received the item on time and as what I have stated everything works except the speaker is not function very well it comes on & off with a very dim sound . I just don't see why i have to paid for the return postage that I have received an non working / defected item.Got a response that I have to print a shipping label and choose whatever shipping method Only I have to paid the return shipping charges.Again, I just don't see why i have to paid for the return postage that I have received an non working / defected item.Well works sometimes on and off !!

Happy customer and happy lil singer received this karaoke microphone
I bought this microphone for my little 2yrs old who loves to sing, I am happy with the product, its feel safe to use, plus with a 2yrs warranty make me feel this one is better than others, I had little problems with my order before, but the seller seem very helpful and willing to work with me, quickly send me a new microphone replacement, and continuing ask me how the product is..."am I happy with it or not ?" That's what business and services is about. They do listen from the buyer. I am a happy customer now, I will recommend this product from this seller to my friends and families .Ps. I put little baby clean socks over it, so my son won't keep touch his mouth on the microphone, he still drooling sometimes, it's an idea Mom :-)

Good Sound
My wife purchased as a gift for her niece and nephews. Very good sound and good quality for the price. Funny thing was that when it was delivered the power button was facing up in the box. So if you pressed on the box it sounded like a light saver from star wars.

I gave it 4 starts because the item was delivered very quick. It does have some noises if you shake or move around the microphone. This item is good for you to sing alone at home and it does not bother your neighbor. :)
