Worth a try but didn't work for us
My husband tried to like it, being hopeful it would keep him quiet at night but after a few weeks we couldn't say it had really helped. The pillow has a hard lump inside it that senses when a person is snoring/making noise, and it moves, theoretically causing the user to move his head to a different position and yet not awaken the person. It may work for some but since everyone is different it's a guess as to who will have success. We returned the pillow.

Do not buy this!
Horrible product. Dont buy! Extemely uncomfortable pillow, they wont honor the 30 day trial period and according to the app it comes with and my fiance I snore worse! The pillow is hard, offers horrible next support and barely inflates when needed if at all. Very disappointed.

Just bought this through the manufacturer website. I have only used it for a night, but it really worked. They recommend not turning the action off for the first three nights to get a base line of your snoring, but I figured my base line would be how many times the wife his me. Happy to say we slept through the night. The app said I snored for 23 minutes all night, most of that being very lite snoring. Comfortable, a little firm, but good. Hope it was not just a fluke night, time will tell. For now five stars.
