It works but.. the pills don't give you automatic 6 packs... that's a pipe dream. I had a full six pack before then got into a car accident. can't workout for 4 months. eventually back to gym and stated to lift weights again but alot of cardio was limited no runing jumping etc. started to use these pills a mo th ago. body is now back down to 5%. before the accident I had 3%. it helps you lose fat % quicker with proper diet and workouts. I workout about 3 hrs everyday no such thing as rest day for me. each body works different mine needs constant workout. know your body and take these as supplements as they should and you will see the results. About 4 packs is back for me and last ones are always hard to become visible.

What I liked most about this product is that you take it with meals, and that it does not give you the jitters. So far the results have been good as I am down a few pounds without changing diet and workout that I am currently doing.

Today (8/28/2022) is my 12th day taking this Six Pack Pill Extreme and I couldn't feel more confident than before.At first I thought this product may not work for me due to my sensitivity to caffeine but surprisingly I started with 1 pill a day for first 4 days and then 2 pills for the next 9 days I only had very slight jitters which I would say nothing at all. On the contrary, it keeps me fully awake and stay focused. More importantly, I started seeing the definition of 4-pack (I used to have 6-pack but that was more than 10 years ago).Guess I am not obese/overweight (no disrespect intended), I eat healthy and work out at least an hour each session (a combination of cardio and free weight) 3x a week. I drink lots of water (I mean "water", not juices and I do not drink sodas/anything too sweet), fruits and vegetables, less meat.Everyone's body is different and therefore I cannot speak for everybody. One thing for sure is that one must be determined and persistent if you really want to lose weight and see the definition (surprisingly I still remain the mass while my mid-section is getting smaller and more defined). By the way, I take 1st pill in the morning (around 730am) with lots of water and only eat my breakfast at least 30 mins later and followed by 2nd pill 2ish after meal. I did try taking it 6ish and it did not interrupt my sleep AT ALL.Try not to look at the price tag once and see if it really works for you. Again, you must be determined, persistent, drink and eat healthy and do not be deprived of sleep.I will update again after finishing the bottle.Regards,

My review comes with numbers, I use everyday a body scale and I was stock on the numbers using other fat burners that has several side effects, when I Started using the Six PAck Pill extreme I notice my body fat decreasing on an average of 0.2% per day general body fat when I do some good training sesion, and the days that I did not train hard but I did not respect the diet , those days I had no increase on body fat, so I Can resume that if you want it really get the best of the benefit, you need to use it with diet and exercise, otherwise it will not make miracles, but if you do both, then you will be able to see results.
