Ok. firstly, you need to know what you're buying here. The SUPERRIDE S1000 is a rebranded name of an exact same one wheel scooter you can get on Alibaba for $700. It is made by a Chinese company called Shenzhen Sunnytimes which employs about 12 people. The quality of these things is absolute trash. Only about 40% of these scooters that make it to US shores are of acceptable quality and the remainder is just unusable and unsafe defective Chinese garbage. Paying $700 for the scooter direct from the supplier is a ripoff in itself based on the poor quality, but paying $1700 for this on Amazon is a travesty. If you do purchase this scooter, expect defects like severely dented wheel rims, poorly welded frames that are crooked, and defective circuit boards that will fail and end up injuring you when the scooter throws you off. I ordered four because some of my customers were interested in this scooter. All four were defective. Not only did they have bad wheel rims and poorly welded frames. None of them would go any faster than walking speed. I definitely would not purchase this thing ever again.
