rip-off!
i just checked an order my wife made for a friend of hers that has cancer. It came up in my email confirmation as “cancer gift”.I figured, sure no problem. It’s going to a good friend. A few days later I check online to see what this gift basket actually contains and I am furious! For $30, you get a 3x3x3 (8oz) package that contains a coffee mug, travel sized handy wipes, some candy, travel sized hand moisturizer, and 4 whole packages of tea. Are you serious!I figured, maybe the proceeds go to cancer research or something, I checked out the website and there is nothing that states that they are helping anyone but themselves. This is a total rip-off, do not buy. Go to your local store get all these items for $5, and spend the other $25 on some flowers or something because “Cancer Pals” is a complete waste of money. If the package wasn’t already out for deliver to someone elses house I would have halted shipping.
