Great looking system, everything was working perfectly for the first couple of days but came across an unfortunate issue where when the Pc was running, the system just powered off, then back on again within a second. After a week of fault finding, sadly the fault could not be established or pinpointed to any specific component.I reluctantly decided to return the product under the Amazon returns policy.Customer services were very helpful during the fault finding process. Thank you.

The media could not be loaded. I'm pleased with the purchase so far. This machine runs every game smoothly in ultra 4k. There are no difficulties there.The computer visually looks great. You can customize most of the lights, such as RAM memory, fan, and case, but I was unable to change the color of the graphic card.Windows 11 is the default operating system, but you can easily change it by reinstaling your preferred operating system.The only downside is that it is a little bit noisy due to all the fans, but it is understandable with 7 fans.The package has ample padding and is completely safe, without any scratches.The little bag of gummies and a £20 voucher is a nice touch. Nice customer service

PC is fantastic and my son loves it. The service received was second to none. Very very responsive with all the questions I had. They are more than happy to help and this is what has made me recommend them to all friends and family. The PC is is perfect, you will not get a better spec for the price. Ok the bad bits, packaging is quite poor for a PC over 2k you expect a little better packaging appreciate may have been damaged in transit. Instructions in the box could have been better. Power cord for the PC was not in the box. As we ordered the bundle you get two kettle leads in the monitor box but one is European. So slightly cheeky or they should state kettle lead required for PC. Other than that like I said best spec for money and the service is amazing. Please remain this way.

I don’t know if It’s just me but I can’t even run 60fps stable on any game I have reset the pc multiple time and I’m still having the same issues fps is very inconsistent I have even downgraded to win 10 and that still did not help at all I have taken out the gpu and placed it back in just to check if it was not placed in properly

This isn’t a bot report this is the best thing ever the 4070 to is amazing the fps is outstanding.BEST THING EVER.

So, an amazing pc with great rgb. But it has some down parts, the ram and graphics cards are completely different as they sent me an Rtx 3060 asus (one fan) intead of the regular but no big deal, secondly, the fans are quite loud but manageable unless u turn them off

A torre é linda problema é que não consigo usar porque as fans vieram com uma anomalia que não estão a rodar e isso me está a deixar sem paciência porque não me conseguem resolver o problema. Estou arrependido ter comprado o computador pelo facto de não me resolverem o problema com rapidez e eficácia

The media could not be loaded. Je reviens sur ma note de 5 etoiles car j'ai eu un soucis avec la carte graphique. Une manli rtx 4070 ti qui a lacher en a peine 1 an. Heureusement sous garantie vibox me l'a changer contre une Palit RTX 4070 ti super. Le probleme avec ce Pc c'est la carte mere BIOSTAR est une marque de carte mere pour le minage pas pour le gaming. Lors de l'arret du pc il galerais a s'arreter.Des freeze lora de grandes sessions en VR.De plus les composants pour la plupart sont des NO NAME. J'ai eu un ssd 1 TO en GEN 3 vu le prix du pc je m'attendais a une gen 4 a minima.Vendu soit disant avec une alimentation de 850 watt mais en verite c'est une 750 watt. Plus jamais VIBOX. J' ai refait le PC avec mes propres composants. Et en le customisant a ma sauce la surprise en decouvrant le cable management c'etait ni fait a faire. En piece jointe avant et apres modif cela n'a plus rien a voir.

Très bon pc très beau aussi mais pas de livre rien pour aider à la mise en route rien pour la carte mère et pour le fonctionnement du pc
