All the pork I use is coarsely ground. Most brands grind their pork so fine they can 'hide' 250% more fat in their sticks than BLAISTIX contains. Lastly, I use 2 times the amount of seasoning in BLAISTIX than all of my competitors. So many brands have different flavors, but they all end up tasting the same.
