The dextrose is of excellent quality. The only problem I have encountered is ...
I have fructose intolerance and the only safe sugar for me to eat (sparingly) is dextrose. I have been unable to find this in our local grocery stores.The dextrose is of excellent quality. The only problem I have encountered is resealing the bag, so I keep the bag inside a plastic bag. I think the problem is that the glucose, being so powdery, covers up the sealing part of the bag at the top. I would highly recommend this product.
