Body Armor 4x4 Fits 2012-2015 Tacoma Hiline Series Front Bumper TC-19340

Easy to install. Could use an extra person to help mount to vehicle. I loaded the light bar and the winch before install and was able to lift it onto the truck. You will have to cut a section out of the bumper; a dremel with a cutting disk was super easy to cut it out. Instructions say to install the plastic bumper back on before tightening all the hardware but if you mark a center spot and use a level you can get it perfect and tighten everything before putting the plastic bumper over it and save some time. Can be installed with or without the bull bar. Definitely wouldn’t use the bull bar to pull anything just 1 bolt on each end so use the shackle mounts instead unless you weld the bull bar on permanently. Overall I love it. Much lighter than a full bumper kit and looks seamless with the stock bumper. Definitely improves the recoverability of the truck.

100 times better than the cheap bull bar I installed a few years ago that was purely cosmetic. This thing is a beast. It weighs 120lb with the winch, so be prepared for it to feel different driving or upgrade your suspension. Installation requires removing the grille and bumper and cutting the bumper behind the lower grille out of the way, but it is legitimately mounted to the frame and strong. Definitely worth it.

Took about 2.5 hours to install, the instruction were pretty good the only thing it didn’t mention was that there were caps on the frame where it need to be through bolted that need to be removed.

Pretty easy to install. Had to bend slightly the skid plate from Toyota but not the TRD one the aluminum one oem for Tacoma Sport. I used old PIAA light I had on last Bull bar. I installed Badland 12,000 lbs winch worked out fine. I do have the tow package and it fit fine and does not crowd the tow radiators (oil, transmission). I installed my license plate with a variable one I bought from Amazon. Yes I did have to add two more screws but it worked out great with a slight slant. Happy 4 wheelin!

Arrived well packaged and ready to go. Definitely some Chinese welds going on lol but it's well powder coated. 6 beer an hour job with a buddy and an afternoon got the whole job done with winch and lights. Instructions are pretty bad, but if you're mechanically inclined and patient you'll get er done. Would be nice to know recommended torque specs though. The license plate mount is dumb though since it gets in the way of the winch. Bought a flip up adapter adapter it, but kind of an oversight on their part imo. *Note* it does come with the bull bar, which is attached by 2 screws so it's more cosmetic. Had no problem mounting winch and light bar (once I found one that fit). Get lots of unsolicited compliments and it looks great. Provides my truck with a low pro look while giving it some extra light and recover ability. Overall pretty happy with it.
