Lowest grade quality & Unsafe to use
Tray table does not hold at all, keeps on falling. There is no way to secure the tray, the metal holding underneath is very thin & the plastic hook it goes in is too wide with that misfit slightest movement of the table it fall down. This makes it very unsafe to use it for any purpose. Plastic hooks underneath brakes when table keeps on falling.Legs of the table are wobbly, & doesn't articulate well which makes it look crooked & unstable.Worst product. waste of money. Please do not purchase it.

Customer service is more important
This is very wrong thing, the product showed return option but when I wanted to exchange or return the option was not able to access my request. I GOT THE USED & wrong accessories. So I wanted to replace as it had 10 days replacement option as well. But when I tried it didn't happened and also I tried connecting customer service, but that goes in vain as it didn't connected me. I suggest just don't buy the thing.
