Does the trick and an easy potential upgrade for your space
I have an Emporia EV charger. It's great in every way, except for one thing - it has the absolute worst hook for a cable imaginable.This is one way to fix it. But it also allowed us to keep the handle handy on the other side of the garage, for when we don't feel like backing in to the space and just want to pull forward. It's a compact space, so dragging the cable around could be annoying. Well, that's not a problem anymore.An easy solution to both of these problems, easy to install, and is holding up well.

Don't use the provided screws
The provided screw heads stripped quite easily, so I'd recommend using your own screws when you mount it. You also have to be careful with the alignment between the metal base and the molded plastic piece to make sure the four screw holes align (don't tighten down that first screw until you've got at least another one started).Overall, this worked nicely for my needs and my Chevrolet Volt charge slips in nicely and "locks in" when mounted. Great way to keep your charger safely mounted for years of usage.
