Great insoles
This is my 3rd pair of these over the past few years. They have fantastic support for daily use and sports alike. I have used them for numerous long-distance hikes of over 600 miles each, daily wear in my shoes, and working out on a treadmill. I find the heel cup to be a great width unlike some of the other off-the-shelf insoles which tend to have a narrow heel cup and can cause blisters, whereas this heal cup has ample room and is very comfortable.

The best insole for plantar fasciitis
I have plantar fasciitis. It got so bad that I could barely walk or put weight on my foot. Even the stretches didn’t help. I tried multiple insoles in the hope of getting some relief. None of them did anything. I finally stumbled onto these. They are not cheap and I hesitated. But I was desperate so I eventually ordered them. They definitely feel very different initially, almost like the arch support is in the wrong place. But I decided to try them for a week and see if they would help. To my surprise, after a few days my feet started to feel better. Is it a complete cure? Maybe not. My plantar fasciitis still hurts a little. But I can walk 3 miles a day without problems. These insole feel wonderful, like they are giving my feet a massage every day. I now have two pairs and plan to try Birkenstock shoes at some point. Excellent insoles. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Plantar fasciitis
The Birkenstock arch supports are perfect if you have bad feet. I can only wear certain kinds of shoes without my feet hurting. I bought these to go in my cute shoes and boots that normally I cannot wear. I love them.

I use these for normal use & been a big help with my fallen arch
My arch fell in one of my feet and started to fall in the other about 5 months ago which stopped me from running (and walking some days) for a while. I tried power step pros, heck, I was going to name them all off. I'm not going to do that. I tried every insert I could find locally, even the ones by advice of my doctor and nothing helped. I finally threw out all of me old "standard" running shoes and bought new "stability" shoes. The combination of the stability shoes (which I will never stop wearing from this point forward), these inserts, and another pair of inserts have me finally back to running & walking up or down stairs with very little problems. Here are the 2 inserts that have helped me:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002KQ7P5A/ref=cm_cr_rev_prod_imgI use these for running and am back up to 5 miles per run (20 +/- miles a week). I'm not 100% yet. I'm not back to 10 miles per run, but you have to start over and take it slow. A fallen arch really stinks! I've read and been told it takes 4 months to 1.5 years to heal 100%. I've been back at it for 2 months so I'm very happy with my progress. I'm thankful these 2 inserts and stability shoes are so far doing the trick for me!!http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002Y4GCH0/ref=oh_details_o04_s00_i02I use these for normal day to day wear since they're much MUCH firmer arch support. When I say firm, I mean hard! That's good though - a fallen arch won't get better without maximum support and a lot of work to re-strengthen the muscles and tendons. While standing with these I constantly force my toes and heal down, using the plantar muscle to pull my arch up. These also DO cause your feet to sweat a lot. At first it bothered me but it seems like it's not as bad now that my feet are used to them. It is SO worth the trade off. I had another "green" insert that was close to these, but offered NO side support. These really have been a big help. I'll be wearing them for a long time.In addition to the above, to help rehab my fallen arch, I stand on my toes for 1 full minute 10-15 times a day. Be careful with the toe standing as it can weaken your achilies and other tendons, especially after a run!! Once I got past that I started getting shin splints because my back calfs were getting stronger than my front muscles. I'd been through that a couple of years ago and found I also need to use my front muscles to pull my feet & toes up as hard as I can for 15-20 minutes total per day. I also support my feet when I sleep - to help push up on them, so my back calf muscles don't pull them down. I don't use a PT sock because I found that was stretching my plantar muscle, and I need the reverse. With a fallen arch I needed to strengthen the PT muscle and support my foot, so a pillow or blanket at the foot of my bed has done the trick. The combination of all of the above has been working very well so far.

The media could not be loaded. See video.Update; I tried them. Feels like is not a correct fit. Prefer to have the entire brown cork part only (throw away the blue part) and make the cork long like the blue part so it fits into the entire shoe. The blue part feels uncomfortable. The cork part does not fit my foot. Might try to use only the brown part but probably will give them away. (The problem might be me; many foot, leg, back injuries in life may make it very hard to fit my foot perfectly with an arch support. These soles, supports might be good for someone else. So I will gift them to somebody.Return seems that the only option is; walk into whole foods? That is miles away. Why is it so hard to find a BONE FOOT DOCTOR that creates soles and shoes, boots for his, her patients with a PERFECT fit? I cannot find any.

Wrong picture and description
The picture shows the cork insert under the blue insert and the description says it’s a 2 part system but the cork does not come with them. I spoke with manufacturer and they said that the cork does not come with them.
