I bought 2nd time, quality of shampoo is not same, it made my scalp very dry, i can see label is copied and there is no batch number printed as first time, clearly not same product which i bought first time

The product seems to work fine, makes my hair feel nice. I haven't noticed much regrowth but I have male pattern baldness so I'm not sure this is formulated for that. My only complaint is the smell, while not unbearable it's just a really weird not entirely pleasant smell. Maybe some sort of fragrance to improve the smell could fix this, but at present it leaves my hair smelling kind of like a rubber glove.

I’ve been using the product for one month although the regimen is taxing. Five minutes of shampoo on your head, rinse and then five more minutes of conditioner on your head. it’s difficult adhering to the regimen

I've been diligently using this product for three months and I can safely say with the amount I've tried there should have been some "restoration." With that said the hair that is left behind HAS grown faster and looks better, however there is no regrowth to speak of. I'd provide photos but trust me if this product was the real deal I'd be praising it, and it'd be all over the media as a miracle. It is not. Also to note you WILL end up running out of the conditioner twice as fast as it is the same volume provided except a much thicker substance therefore is used up much sooner.

I like the product. I'm disappointed that the manufacturer stopped including a pump dispenser. The conditioner is especially difficult to get out of the bottle when it gets low, and I have to balance it on it's lid to keep what's left at the opening. Also, the dispenser allowed me to more easily measure the amount I was using. So, HAIR RESTORATION, if you're reading this, please bring back the pump!
