Didn’t increase Vitamin D level in blood
I faithfully took this daily for one year, but was surprised by recent blood test results showing my Vitamin D level hasn’t budged. This puzzled me until I realized that FDA doesn’t verify the potency of any vitamins, so I have no way of confirming whether each capsule contains D and K at the levels stated on the label. So I decided to go with USP verified vitamins instead (like Nature Made, for example).
