Free Standing Retractable Awning 10'x10' Patio Awning Outdoor Sun Shade Shelter for Patio Deck Yard with UV Protection and Easy Crank Opening

I have contacted the seller 2X about getting a replacement part (see photo) and have yet to hear back from them! I enjoy this canopy, but not wind friendly (we have it bolted into the deck). The sway arm came unattached from the rod inside the canvas and broke. That’s the only part I need to continue enjoying this fully.

I did not receive any of the hardware or the handles for this product, please advise.Received a replacement

Do not spend your money. flimsy and will easily break. the company will not take their product back or stand by their product. They do not even answer your calls.

DO NOT buy this unless you plan to bolt it down to the ground. It blew over once in very low wind so I added 50lb weights to both sides. Today it blew over again in 15 mph wind. It's simply too top heavy. Also one of the stabilizing bars pulled out of its socket in light wind. So even if bolted down it could be unstable. It's made of good quality metal and the awning is good quality fabric. But I can't see how it could ever stand up to 70 mph wind as claimed in their description when it can't remain standing in low wind. I wish I could send it back.

The instructions are terrible. It is very top heavy so you have to be able to weight it down on both ends. You people to put it up. need at least three. I would not recommend buying this product.

No rubber feet on legs to keep from wobbling or to prevent rust on concrete and no instructions on putting it up or down, could have a video of that
