And it does improve the absorption of curcumin from turmeric. Which is really good.Overall it's a good supplement to use daily together with other vitamins. Especialy if you want to lose a bit of weight. As it boosts fat burning as well.

There seems to be a big increase in food supplements that are vegan and vegetarian, which is a massive plus as far as I am concerned. These capsules are easy to swallow. They do have a slight turmeric flavour but it is very mild and not unexpected or unpleasant. The bottle is sturdy and easy to unscrew although the seal inside was a bit of a faff to get into. The bottle is full to the top of capsules. An excellent product.
