The most fun I've had doing a puzzle.
First of all I want to state that I don't think it's a good idea to not show the full puzzle on the box. I didn't scroll down to look at the other pictures. I thought that was all there was to the puzzle and was hesitant at first to get it. I was sad when I thought it didn't include the Made In Heaven album which holds a special place in my heart. I only found out when I was working on it that it is there, along with another 5 albums that were not shown on the cover, including there biggest album A Night at the Opera. Now to a review of the puzzle itself: At first I thought this puzzle was going to be easy since it's like a bunch of mini puzzles for each album cover. Boy was I wrong. I have to point out that I never look at the picture/box when I do a puzzle so that makes things a lot more challenging to start with. But the pieces have some very different shapes that can go on diagonal angles so it's hard to tell their orientation to begin to know which way they go. You have the black edges of an album next to white edges of another album in multiple instances and it's hard to make out what you're looking at when an image gets broken down into small pieces. I mean more so in this case than a landscape or building. People's bodies seem to be harder, The Works album was particularly challenging. All these points are good things. I like that this puzzle was more challenging than expected but not frustrating like some can get sometimes. The pieces lock together nicely, there was only 2 instances where I had a piece that seemed to fit but it turned out to be wrong. I hate puzzles where that happens with most of the pieces. I like how it really felt like a tribute to Queen's body of work - also including their soundtracks, the crests at the bottom, nice touches like that. So I really enjoyed doing this puzzle, I didn't want to stop working on it. I think partly because it was fun to see each album cover come together. I'd like to do more puzzles like this. If you're a fan of Queen and enjoy puzzles, definitely get this one.
