I've ended a long working week with EXTREMELY swollen feet and ankles, which is very unusual for me. I do have a full time job where I sit at a desk all day. and I'm going through some hormonal issues due to being close to the end of peri-menopause, but this is extreme. My ankles have swollen up to the point where I can't see where they end and my feet begin and it's very uncomfortable :(I've bought these Water Tablets in the hope that they (along with some gentle self-massage and elevating my legs) will return me to where I should be. I'm not slim by any means, but this level of water retention is ridiculous. I'm posting the "before" picture on Saturday morning as I've just received these tablets, and I'll add an "after" photo taken on Sunday evening. Here's hoping it'll be a slimmed-down version where my ankles and feet are much reduced!The tablets are very large (about 2cm x 1cm) but you could break them in half if you struggle with swallowing larger pills.I'm adding this review initially as 5 stars, as I have high-hopes reading the other reviews. I'll give it until the end of the weekend and see if my review score changes after I post the "after" pic. I appreciate that only gives me 2 days, but hey - I'm ever optimistic!Update: posted 2nd picture of the same foot after 2 days. MUCH better and almost back to normal! I can't tell if the 2-days worth of these tablets contributed in any way, or if it's down to the other things I tried, or if it's a combination of them together, but I'm very happy and my lower legs/feet are much more comfortable. I'm leaving the rating at 5 stars since they definitely didn't make it any worse :D

If I knew these tablets were large I wouldn't of brought them as I struggle to swallow tablets anyway ! Got to cut them up ! Don't know if they work as I ve only had them 2 days

These may work for others so I’m not saying this applies to all… but I used for 2 weeks thinking I had a uti then realised it was water retention. I couldn’t go, and it really caused me some issues. The pharmacist hadn’t heard of this company. I bought this as it was suggested alongside a vibration plate excercise machine thinking it was sponsored kind of thing so just be wary and do your research. Again not discrediting, could be perfectly fine for others and just affected me.

Easy to take and seem to achieve results that are necessary.

As a form of dioralyte (electrolyte) replacement: the heading of “water tablets” is misleading. But for rehydration purposes they work well, which is what they are for!These aren’t water tablets as in diuretics as people are assuming. These are for when you have lost a lot of minerals/salts etc from illness, exercise, sweating etc and are dehydrated at a cellular level!
