just what I wanted to get electrolytes

I’m an avid golfer and when I’m walking on a hot day, I always put a bit of this in my water. It has a nice flavor, and I love the fact that you can use as much or as little as you want. Use about half as much as it recommends so the value is tremendous. Some of my friends spend four dollars on a bottle of Gatorade and I always encourage them to buy this instead! I keep a bottle in my car, in my golf bag, and in my kitchen!

I separately purchased a multipack that had different flavors in it and this one is my favorite flavor by far. So glad I purchased a 4 pack! I have a water dispenser at work where I can have sparkling or still, I prefer this with sparkling water but it’s still quite good with still. It helps me increase my water intake overall!

I need to get my electrolytes 2/day, and I'm sick of all the Gatorade/Poweraid bottles that I have to buy and toss.This wonderful MIO Electrolyte product works just as well, and I can flavor it with other flavors to my liking and keep it Kosher (for those who need it). I add STUR lemonade to most of my custom drinks to improve the flavor. What's really cool is you can make a mixed-drink with electrolytes (Vodka/Mio) but I wouldn't call it 'healthy'.

Love using Mio to change up the taste of my water. It's nice that it has electrolytes in it too to keep me hydrated.
