The 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith in Modern English (Founders Press) Paperback – 10 Feb. 2021

This is a modern English edition of the 1689 Baptist confession, and easy to take around when your out and about.

So I just bought this book opened it up and the first thing that happened, the pages fell out. Seriously bad product.

I already use one in the church that I attend, I bought this one to give to my son, and it's turning his life around as well. Nothing replaces scripture, but this confessional Lays all of the basics out and what the scriptures really say and all are backed up by scriptures underneath of the confessions! Everybody needs one of these to help to explain what the scriptures really say, in case there's any confusion. Charles Spurgeon used this as does Voddie Baucham!

Must have for any Baptist. Great summary of theology based upon the Westminster Confession. Even if you don't agree with everything it can still be a solid basis to teach from.

Leaving 5 stars so people hopefully see this. Some of the doctrine in here is correct but about a third of the way it started preaching pre destination garbage straight from the devil himself. watch yourselves brethren, avoid this trash and stick to the KJV.

We use this 1689 confession as the teaching statement for our church. The little booklet is good quality for the price and the modern English makes it more accessible to the average family in our church.I just wish they also included the original introduction to the confession as well!

Very nice paper back, and nice cover design. Contents of course are great :)
