Returned this. Account says refund issued 2 weeks ago but it doesn't appear on my credit card. Amazon not reachable for assistance. This is not the first time a refund has not been received. From the size information I knew the pieces would be small but they are even smaller than anticipated. The pieces of each puzzle are numbered but not necessarily in an order that a toddler would be able to follow. The puzzle will stand with extreme patience and support by an adult but it is not easily accomplished. The pieces come apart easily. My 2 year old grandson was not able to make it stand and although he absolutely loves dinosaurs and puzzles, he has no interest in this. All of the puzzles are stored in one blue bag that comes with the puzzles. There is no way to separate the puzzle pieces nor are they marked in any way to differentiate the pieces for each puzzle so it becomes one big mess of puzzle pieces. Montessori is a well known name but this is a complete miss. Disappointing execution and packaging. Would like my refund. Where's the customer support?

It’s a good idea but it is way smaller than it looks with tiny parts

These are very cute puzzles. Educational but not too difficult for toddlers. However, I guess I should have read the description more closely. They are much small pieces than I expected. I had assumed they would be the usual chunky wooden puzzles pieces and they are wooden but vey small. I was almost surprised that they would not be considered a choking hazard for some children. I'm not sure it that is because it is just cheaper for the manufacturer or because it may be easier for small hands to manipulate. I got them as a gift so I'm not sure yet how they were received.

As other reviews have mentioned, the puzzles are probably half the size they would be ideally. There are some advantages: easier storage & increased difficulty, but overall I would have preferred larger puzzles.There’s an included storage bag, which initially seems nice, but if you put the puzzles in there, all the pieces will simply fall out into a mass at the bottom of the bag. So the bag is fairly useless.Finally the biggest issue, from my point of view, all of the puzzle bumps are interchangeable. So it is very easy for a child to do the puzzle incorrectly. If I squint just right I could also see this as an advantage — the kid has to do the puzzle _just_ right — but overall it would be better for the pieces to lock only into their specific spots.I would not buy this again.

Will have to return. Got as gift for a friends' 2 year old. Warning may be overblown but item isn't for my child.The upsetting part is that it's clearly advertised for 2-4. Got the item then saw the big warning label saying not for use under 36 months. Went back to Amazon site on the item to see if I misread. I did not, mostly. There is the same warning at the very, very bottom of the page. Ugh.
