Broke within 2 months; fixed with great customer support
UPDATE: customer service contacted us and they did a fantastic job rectifying the situation. My daughter is happily scootering around again.----We purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. After 2 months with barely any use (due to winter), the battery lasts less than 2 minutes. The scooter will turn on, say it's fully charged and then my daughter will barely get across the street before the battery dies. We've tried charging on different outlets to ensure that's not the problem. It's the scooter battery which we can't replace on our own. Customer service has been TERRIBLE. We've emailed the seller 3x with no response and comments are blocked on their social media pages. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

battery lasted 2 months, but they made it right!
Update: I contacted customer support and they sent a new battery for the scooter but also sent a brand new upgraded scooter as well! Turns out, the problemWith the original scooter was the battery charger stopped working. So far, the new scooter is working well and my daughter loves it. The new battery charger charges the old scooter, so both scooters are actually usable. Customer service was very diligent and prompt. Thank you.Super disappointed. Bought as a Christmas present for my daughter. she was able to use it for less than 2 months. Now the battery will not charge, and the scooter does not work. Have tried multiple different outlets. Really disappointed.

Updated: Stopped working after 4 months
Well, after the original review Smoosat was immediately in touch with us to promptly send us a replacement battery AND scooter. So, happy to admit that we were wrong and their customer service is truly top notch.While we hope to have better luck with the replacement, I can honestly say that customers are in good hands with Smoosat. Thank you Rein, for all your help!________________________________________________________________________________________________At first it worked great. My boys loved it. However 4 months later we are not able to charge it anymore. The charger is working fine but it seems like the scooter battery is dead. Good luck reaching out to the customer support. The product comes with a 180 days warranty but it’s useless since it’s impossible to get in touch with them! Stay away from this product!

Easy to use, kid friendly, long lasting
My three boys and wife all enjoy this scooter. We take it on a 4 mile ride/hike without a fully charged battery dying. The fastest speed is quite slow still, so its appropriate for age 4 and up, I'd say. Not really for adults, although my wife enjoys taking a turn. No issues 3 months in, very happy. My boys are 3, 9, and 12 and the adjustable height of the handle can accommodate them all, which is great.

Update after bad initial experience
I bought this for my son and it lasted one charge. We plugged it in for days after with it never working again. The phone number that is on the manual is out of service. So far no ability to contact customer support.Update- the company was hard to get ahold of but once I was able to, they were very diligent to replace the scooter and the new one was much better.

Won’t accelerate!
Only had it for a week and the charger says it’s fully charged but won’t accelerate. Tried troubleshooting it and still no luck sending back. My son hardly was able to use it. Everything seems to work on it except WHAT IT’S SUPPOSED TO DO! BE AN ELECTRIC SCOOTER! SMH

Defekt
Trotz vollem Akku sprang der Motor nicht an ! Habe den Elektroroller aus DE erhalten musste in aber bei der Rücksendung nach der Slowakei senden !! Versandkosten 22.90 Euro ! Ich hoffe das ich dieses Geld wieder zurückbekomme !!! Was habe ich dafür wenn ich ein defektes Gerät erhalte ! Warum aus DE verschickt und retour in die Slowakei ???

Ottima assistenza!! Monopattini divertenti!!
Abbiamo preso i monopattini come regalo di Natale per i nostri figli di 8 anni e 25kg di peso. Dopo qualche giorno abbiamo riscontrato dei malfunzionamenti, abbiamo quindi richiesto assistenza sia tramite il portale Amazon che tramite mail direttamente al produttore.. dopo qualche giorno siamo stati ricontattati dalla ditta che si è scusata per l'inconveniente ci ha sostituito i monopattini con due monopattini nuovi il tutto interamente a loro spese!! Che dire... Assistenza spettacolare!! I monopattini nuovi vanno benone!!

Defekt!!!!!! Geliefert
Rolle wurde gleich defekt geliefert. Wenn er am Strom ist lädt er auf aber sobald man ihn vom Netzkabel trennt geht er nicht an. Licht funktioniert ebenso nicht….. sollte ein Weihnachtsgeschenk für unseren Jungen sein. Schade ……..UPDATE: sehr kulanter Kundenservice…. Problem wurde gelöst und funktionierender Ersatz geliefert 👌🏻

Lässt sich nicht mehr aufladen
The media could not be loaded. Habe es neu seit 3 Monate und das aku lässt sich nicht aufladen.Es wurde wg winter nur ein paar mal benützt.Jetzy steht es leider nur da.Habe ein zweites Bestellt und ausgepackt da und wollte es aulfladen aber es lässt sich nicht laden.Mochte es zurücksenden auf kullanz weil es nicht funktioniert.Oder tauschen sie mir das Gerät mit einem anderen aus.

Sehr schöner eScooter
Er kam defekt an und wurde problemlos zurückgegeben. Da er meinem Sohn aber sehr gut gefallen hat und auch sonst einen guten Eindruck gemacht hat, bin ich das Risiko eingegangen und habe ihn noch einmal bestellt. Ein wirklich guter Roller, mein Sohn ist begeistert.
