As someone who historically never ate breakfast, Meal One has officially converted me.Not only does it take a few seconds to prepare, but the flavors are absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start a day.I hate having to think about what my next meal is going to be and this is the ideal fix for that, ESPECIALLY knowing it helps me hit my protein goals for the day.Nutritious, delicious, and perfectly satiating, I couldn’t recommend KOH’s Meal One anymore. Love ‘em!!Can’t wait for tomorrow morning. 💪

I am a Fitness Instructor and Health Coach and eat a very unprocessed diet. This product is packed with clean, quality ingredients that I was excited to try. There are visible chunks of apple and pumpkin seeds and it smells great. The texture is its downside as it has an undissolved, gritty texture. I mixed with almond milk overnight. In the morning I added more almond milk and my homemade Greek yogurt and cinnamon as well as additional fresh apples. It was very filling like that (I couldn’t quite finish it), but the texture is not disguise-able by my additions - I also tried adding some zero sugar granola.If you are traveling and need a clean, quality breakfast, definitely bring this.Rated this 4/5 due to STELLAR ingredients.

Gave this product a try after reviews online. I purchased the variety pack for $34.99 that came with 7 different flavors. I will say, at $5/packet this is rather pricey. You do get double the protien compared to other products as well as clean ingredients. I was not necessarily a fan of the taste of any of the packets. Some were better than others, but overall I did not feel any where enough “to write home about”.The ingredients are of course great, and clean. The packaging and marketing was done very well. I haven’t yet noticed a difference in my health or appetite, and it did not seem very filling.Overall if you don’t care about paying $5/paxket - this would be for you if you’re on the go frequently. I personally do not think the value is worth the cost of the product, but that is solely my own opinion.

This might be the worst tasting chalky vile oats I’ve ever eaten. It’s just very very bad tasting. Please work on improving the taste. Barf.

I'm a fool. After ordering and eating KOH's oatmeal, I was instantly filled with regret for the decades I'd spent eating processed, sugar-filled packaged oatmeal packets or grinding through labor-intensive preparations for all-natural oats for flavorless, texture-challenged results. Kreatures of Habit's oatmeal is NEXT LEVEL. The preparation is incredibly quick, SUPER easy (add water, overnight in the fridge and you're done) and the result is a natural, DELICIOUS, protein-packed, beautifully textured bowl of elevated oats and other natural ingredients that I suspect will have other newbies feeling as regretful as I now feel for the years spent preparing and eating any other oatmeal product.

I don't know. It's not horrible but it's pretty damn close to horrible. If I didn't see the oats, I wouldn't think this was oats. It's the texture, slightly off-putting. It's like mashed potatoes with apples and nuts, with a subtle sweetness. It's just weird. It's what I would imagine prison gruel to taste like or something you would only eat if you were on a deserted planet and had to ration your packs to survive. I don't know if I'm going to try and finish the box, but I can't buy more of this. There are better ways to get 30 g of protein.

Clean eats good flavor

Overnight is the only way to eat this. Every other preparation is unappealing and hard to swallow. Unfortunately, it’s too expensive to try out the other flavors to see if there is one that works better for me. Great idea and execution but I just couldn’t hang.
