Fry Krisp Corn Dog Mix, 10-Ounce (Pack of 12)

I love corn dogs and this batter is as good as any country fair corn dogs. It taste great and is easy to use. You get 8 boxes of batter in a large shrink wrap which is really very convenient for my use. Money well spent for an occasional treat at lunch time! (these corn dogs are good but HEAVY in the gut !!!)

Some reviewers have been less than generous with their reviews...I don't know what they were expecting from a $1.25 box of batter mix. It is not gourmet, but is a corn dog supposed to carry that label? I think for the price it can't be beat. Bought a case and intent to buy another when this one runs out. Every box makes about 12 corn dogs in my corn dog maker. Also nice that each box comes with 10 sticks.

These were purchased along with the corn dog maker! It doesn't taste like the store bough or fair corn dogs. The batter isn't all that taste and homemade is much better! You do get a ton for the price

This is the worst tasting stuff I have ever encountered. I have tried to make it palatable but nothing works. I would give whats left to the food pantry, but I don't want to hurt people that are already hurting. Bad Bad Bad

I've never been able to make corn dog batter (actually, cheese-on-a-stick batter) properly. This mix can't be any easier; just add 3/4 cup of water and stir. I used it with the Smart Planet corn dog maker, which grills the batter. That made my cheese-on-a-sticks come out a bit dryer than I'm used to. But at least they weren't soaked in oil. The mix was flavorful, just slightly sweet. And the non-GMO label was comforting.

This is the best cornbread mix for corndogs that I have ever found. Good value. Comes with 12 boxes to the order.

The mix worked great. Except I would blend it in a bowl then pour the mixture into a tall glass to coat the hot dogs. The instructions said to mix it into a tall glass. But the coating was flavorful and stayed on the hot dogs
