Good zippers

I used to buy Coats & Clark zippers one by one at the local craft store. Not since I discovered bulk YKK zipper offers can be of good quality. This mix of black and white invisible zippers has met my sewing needs well. I used an invisible zipper presser foot (a necessity, in my experience) and the zipper is absolutely invisible in the garment's center back seam, making color of the zipper almost irrelevant. Recommended.

I used these zippers for ballet costumes that need to unzipped quickly. They are very nice and work very well

False advertising in terms of discription “100 percent” nylon. Obviously the zipper head is metal, but that is fine and expected. Nylon verses whatever material the tape is actually made of is not. Nylon, like feathers, wool and silk will dye using ascid based dyes. These zippers do not take dye so are probably polyester or such. If I could figure out how to get Amazon to get the description changed I would, but that is not an option easily found. The zippers themselves are standard invisible zippers and would be fine for general use and as such I am keeping them.
