Sweet Dreamers, Ewan The Shushing Sheep - Crib Sleep Soother, Baby White Noise and Shusher Sound Machine with Cry Sensor and Night Light

This is the second Ewan I have ordered , my grandson loves it and has had it since birth, he sleeps with every night and every nap. When starting nursery I bought this to go with him and have something really familiar for naps, great success, he settles easily and is really happy.

Super cute, but I really hope I just got a defective one. Within minutes of putting the batteries in the pack, it got super hot. So hot I didn't feel safe putting it back into the stuffed animal for fear it would start on fire. I then took the batteries out and they burnt my hands they were so hot. No way I would feel safe with this anywhere near my newborn. I rarely write reviews, but I would hate for anyone, especially a baby to get hurt from this. Just something to be aware of if you buy it. Hoping mine was just defective, but I'm not willing to risk it, and will be returning it.

This is a very unsafe product, I bought this for a friend and she just had the baby and she opened it to use it, she put the batteries in and the next thing she smelled burning so she opened up the battery pack and the middle quil was bright red like it was on fire. Please look at the picture proved and you can see the red quil... very unsafe gift..

I wanted to like it,It stopped activating with her and after a week and wouldn’t turn on when she cried. I wanted to really really like this product because it is very cute and I thought the lamb could grow with her, but it really disappointed me

I bought this item specifically for the sshing noise, so I was incredibly disappointed to find that that particular noise is ridiculously quiet!! No way would it soothe my baby - I doubt she could even hear it! I play background white noise in my baby's room and you can't hear it at all with the background white noise on. The crying activated sounds didn't work most of the time, either (not that it even matters, since you can't hear it). This is getting returned!
