I don't often purchase oils to use in my "cooking", but have purchased oils in the past that I use as a nutritional supplement to get important essential fats that are necessary for optimal health. One of my areas of study has been about the Omega 3 to Omega 6 balance as well as EPA/DHA in the body. Being someone who is vegan, its important to ensure your getting these nutrients that are not coming into you via polluted and overharvested fish or other animals.I'm glad there is now this new Vegan Omega 3-6-9 Essential Oil that "raises" the bar on seed based oils to allow vegans to get an oil with a higher Essential Fats conversion.This oil is "berry" flavored. I prefer the other Ahiflower Vegan Omega 3-6-9 Oil that has no added flavor, but I suppose this may help kids get this down if they dont like eating straight oil.This company has done their research, from bottling in a Miron (dark glass) bottle that ensures no light gets into the bottle to oxidize the precious oil. I recommend reusing this bottle when you are done, as they are expensive to purchase (and quite rare!)Aside from the Algal DHA/EPA oil I take this is the best supplement I have found to ensure you are getting proper essential fats in your diet for optimal health. Tasting this oil straight out of the bottle, it has a neutral flavor. Much better than the algal DHA/EPA oil I take.I recommend storing in the fridge for a longer life, but don't let it sit around too long anyway. I would encourage not BLENDING the oil, as blending introduces oxygen into the oil that may oxidize it. If you want to add the oil to blended foods, blend the foods first, and then pour the oil into the mixture and mix by hand.

This is the best source of omega fatty acids and has the bonus being cruelty free. It's a light oil with a fruitful scent and flavor. I've been adding it to my juices, smoothies, yogurt, salads, and cereal. Not only is it helpful nutritionally, it tastes good! There's no oily,fruity aftertaste. I love that it is fully vegan, Kosher and Halal-certified, allergen-free, gluten free, and non-genetically modified. I highly recommend it since it helps skin joints, cardiovascular system and cognition. Anyone who is interested in their health while being conscious of animal suffering so give it a try.

Sweet oil

Good texture. Thought it would taste better. it took me awhile to figure out how to get it out of the bottle. The upper part that seems like a lid is the lid and the plastic part under it is the pour spouts, though it might look like you left a plastic part of the lid on the product. Just take the metal cap off and you can pour it out through the clear plastic one.

It tastes great, I haven't tried it many times, but its nice to have a supplement like that for kids or just to be sure you're getting what you need as an adult.
