Dualspices Raw Black Cumin Oil

I pre-sprout (soak for 24hrs, long enough to rid them of enzyme-blockers but not enough to actually sprout), then run them through a 3hp commercial blender till they reach 110 degrees (warm enough to rid them of absorption inhibitors but still stay raw), then ferment them with a 34 strain probiotic for 24hrs (to rid them of lectins which cause leaky-gut syndrome which is the root cause of most ailments; they also keep longer when fermented and refrigerated).I'm an aging athlete (almost 70) and they really put back a lot of what aging takes away. I wouldn't be without them.You need to eat these on an empty stomach to get the full miraculous benefits from these amazing seeds. I cured my leaky-gut by fermenting not only these, but all my foods.

I bought these for sprouting and they are NOT sprouting. I've been working on them for 5 days now and I'm just starting to see a tiny sprout on a few of them. Most seeds take 4-5 days to be fully done. These have barely started--and only a few. Not sure what the problem is. Maybe the seeds are old? Maybe Black Seed requires something different for sprouting? I'll change my review if I find out anything.

I plant some on the garden, beautiful little delicate flowers. I grind it in the spice mill, and keep it in a jar in the fridge to sprinkle on cereal etc. It has a very distinct flavor.

Great product. It's my second order. I grind it to powder, mix with Manuca honey and take twice a day to eradicate H pylori. There's a lot of improvement.
