Sacred Woman: 84 Day Healing Journal Paperback – April 22, 2016

I keep this journal, Sacred Women and Heal Thyself on my iPad and on my nightstand next to my bible for quick reference as I have read them several times. I have purchased several printed books of Sacred Women and Heal Thyself online and in store to give a gifts. I first would like to say that a male friend recommended Queen Afua to me. In doing my research I made it my business to reach out to her to ask questions. I was lucky enough to speak with her several times and her knowledge is like talking to a person whose spirit has live a long time. Her wisdom is simple and kind. It truly has been a blessing for me. I not a person that takes medications and I don't have any illness that I have to deal with on a daily basis (i.e. high blood pressure etc.) but I will say that I needed to get healthier. I incorporated Queen Afua's teachings with those that have been shared with me by my mother, my Grandmother who passed away at 103 years old and my Aunt whose is alive today 1/24/17 at 109 years old. If you want to improve your life, you must put in the work for yourself. Take some time to read what Queen Afua shares and Heal Yourself because if you don't think you are a SACRED WOMAN, who will?!

The journal is interactive with the book. Its a great tool to jot down your feelings and steps taken during your natural spirit and diet and body temple healing. the information is a bit beyond simple knowledge, there are a few questions on how to interpret some of the information when you get deeper into the book. But its a good journal overal.

Implementation in my routine for the A.M has me so excited for this treasure I may not know I needed.

For the wife: Let her journey be a blessed challenge, yet fruitful endeavor. I wish her peace and courage, integrity and love to light her path, and energy to vibrate to a higher frequency. For she deserves to be happy. And I love her. She is not lost, but searching. Show her.

Definitely a great journal! I write in it when needed. I really don’t follow the format because I don’t want to feel forced to write when I don’t want to. So I use it when it feels good as I am doing my womb healing rituals.

I am a Sacred Woman, and enjoyed being a student of a wonderful, transformative program. It's an added addition to the Sacred Woman Book (Manual).

Because of the simple truths in the book i have started to purchase her products directly from her site. Amazing woman and the research and knowledge still pertains to today.

It's just a over priced empty journal to be honest. I recommend that people just buy a blank book, decorate it with quotes and write a.journal yourself.

I gained so much inspiration and motivation from the book and the journal. Great place to log all of your thoughts and plans.
