Was exactly as advertised. Good quality. The eye holes are slightly too small and far apart for my face personally. I have to cut the eye holes to customize further to my face shape but that is expected. Everyone has a different face size and shape. Was easy to to. No problems

Can’t return, and fits horribly. Complete waste of $7. Doesn’t fit as shown in picture along the face. You can start the return process but cannot finish it, then Amazon just links to the refund policies instead of WHY you can’t actually return it. You be better off burning your money, than spending it on this junk.

I’m an Asian. The mask must be designed for Caucasian... first it’s too big for me, and I don’t have taller nose bridge to support the mask stay on fit. So I stick some sponge under the mask (nose area and forehead area) to support it stays better. Then I made the node of the mask elastic string to tight it. It worked well but still it’s probably not for everyone.

Trust me. Save your money. I purchased the Maison Close version of this mask for my wife, and bought this to see how it compared—since it’s clearly trying to imitate that one. The product isn’t even remotely close to what you see pictured here. It’s almost completely flat and far too wide for any human face. Believe all the negative reviews you read. I didn’t and figured “how bad could it really be?” Well let me tell you. It’s bad. I cannot imagine how this would fit on any human shaped head. Cheap flimsy material. Horrible adjustment strap that doesn’t hold. Pay the $50 to Maison Close for the real thing, because this is just a waste of time and material. This is definitely a product where you can say you get what you pay for. And it doesn’t qualify for returns. In the trash it goes. Shame.

I have to cut the eyes closer since it doesn't align with my eyes. If you have a small head like me (I wear a fitted hat size just below 7), its going to create a cony top lol. One of the ears is not smooth- looks like from too much heat from the mold or something. It got the job done so cant complain, but dont have high expectations on it. It's cheap for sure..
