Got a unit as a birthday present and it looks great at first sight. Well packaged with foam on all 4 sides. We left the bottom foam as a stand instead of sitting on a floor. Easy to setup and very quiet. Temperature seemed to be stable depending how hot/cold your room is. Looks like this will last for years!

Very happy with this humidor and the only minor complaint is that the light inside could be a little brighter. It maintains perfect humidity level and it’s a nice looking unit.

Great size and very quiet.

First, I'm overall pleased with the purchase. Shipping packing was top notch. I think the 300 capacity on this unit is a bit of a stretch although if you were just storing boxes, it might work. I've got about 250 sticks in right now and might be hard pressed to find room for 50 more. The unit stabilized in about 3 days but a week in the unit spiked at 80% and I live in a very dry climate. I have since totally removed the humidifier and the unit is holding at 70-71% by my digital hygrometer. Perhaps the wood has absorbed enough humidity? Again, that's with no humidifier. The build on the unit is top drawer and the door seals tighter than Dick's hatband and it's very, very quiet. I keep my house at around 70 degrees so I've set the humidor temp at 65 degrees...for now. You get 3 shelves and a drawer although the unit is slotted for 4 and 1 drawer. This is a cooling unit so I suspect things may change once summer gets here. We'll see but overall I am pleased with the purchase.

Haven’t opened it yet, as it is a Christmas gift. However I’m positive he will love it. Just beware, the box shows what it is. You might want to get home before the recipient does to hide/wrap it before they see it.
